Public Health Agency of Canada - Researched and developed a data quality framework for PHAC and developed and led workshops among surveillance organizations within the agency to develop tactical plan for implementation. (2006)

Aboriginal Sport Circle - As Interim Executive Director, developed strategic and business plans, obtained funding, recruited office staff, represented Aboriginal Sport on federal government working groups, facilitated improvements in governance of the North American Indigenous Games. (2006-2007)

Canada Career Consortium - Developed an integrated Federal/Provincial delivery strategy for sector-based career-related information, worked with the Executive Director, Board of Directors on Strategic Plan and produced several funding proposals for HRDC projects.
