Mr. Chuang established a successful
marketing agency in Hong Kong representing European and North American
industries in mainland China. It sells both industrial machinery
and engineered commodities through an extensive network throughout
China; it has representative offices in several key industrial cities.

Mr. Coyle has worked in the public
relations department in the telecommunications industry delivering
programmes for Bell Canada and Stentor, including a posting of several
years in Saudi Arabia. His expertise is in developing programmes
to determine the underlying needs or motivations of client customer
bases to assist clients design effective marketing and/or public
relations.

a consulting engineer. He has knowledge of overseas marketing, and
